To address the issue of fluctuating bale pricing, IMPACT implemented a strategic solution by separating and redirecting the reusable boxes for their used cardboard box program. This not only reduced the number of bales on the trailer but also maximized waste diversion through the consistent and non-fluctuating pricing of the used box program.
